Allambie Building Consultants provide independent, impartial building inspection reports for a range of building matters.
Our Managing Director Bruce Frizzell has over 30 years experience in the residential building industry, first in construction and most recently in inspection and consulting. Starting out as a carpenter, he then got his building license to help people realise their dream homes both through renovation and new construction.
Since 2015, Bruce has been working as a building consultant and expert witness. This involves inspecting properties, identifying defects and providing solutions for rectification in the form of defect and expert reports.
All our reports are undertaken in accordance with the Expert Witness Codes of Conduct and are prepared to be suitable for the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), Local and Supreme Court matters.
Having been involved in over 100 individual matters we have extensive experience providing expert advice and reports including appearing as a building expert at NCAT and local court.
